Cibelle – Luisas

Cibelle is a brazilian singer. She gives us a captivating performance which could be heard in a Woody Allen movie. While listening to this song, imagine walking in the streets of Madrid or Rome, wandering between buildings and monuments, and finally ending in a small café drinking some Spritz with that one person.

Greg Foat – The Dreaming Jewels

I don’t often post here jazz or funk. So when I came across this album, I thought it was worth sharing with you. It is nice for chilling. Some easy-listening music if you want. I must confess that I haven’t carefully listen to all the tracks so far. The first and last ones were great, so I thought that what was in between had to be too (and according to the few seconds I put them on while preparing this post). Was I wrong?

Yagya – Wandering in the Fog

Yes. I put the tag “jazz” because of the saxophone, but don’t tell me this techno track doesn’t have a jazzy vibe making you want to be in a black and white movie. It is the first single of Yagya album “Old Dreams and Memories” and it sounds really promising. I guess this track is a good start to discover this artist.

Moonchild – Change Your Mind

Do you also find this track soothing? With the sweet voice of Amber Navran, Moonchild takes us into a relaxing trip. If you want to be introduced to similar music, I recommend you the French band Air, and Zero 7: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tZlu4wP4pw.

Matthew Halsall – Colour Yes

I am no jazz expert. I just go with the flow and this album has a nice swinging vibe as long as a gloomy atmosphere worthy of a film noir. Colour Yes is a late-night listening par excellence. I have to thank alexshockmusic for this discovery.
